We have a minimum of 5 nights/6 days booking. We try to limit each of our cottages to 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 5 kids depending on the cottage for the serenity of all our guests. Extra adults will be charged $15 per night if allowed on a case-by-case basis. Rates are per night for double occupancy or family with kids. *There are several special holidays and events in the Keys that are not listed, please be advised that holiday rates apply on such dates. *5 nights minimum requirements apply for above holidays Off Season: August 16 to December 14, Summer Season: May 1 to July 31, Peak Season: December 15 to April 30.
